Finish Product

Custom-built

We are not only selling the "finish product" for this one - Cublicle (MV Panels). We also create this product from scratch. It's also suitable for applications in the industrial sector, power plants, and distribution substations

I - Panel Body Sanding

The cubicle body, typically made of stainless steel or carbon steel, is first cleaned of dirt, rust, and surface imperfections

  • This process uses a sanding machine or is done manually to ensure a smooth surface, ready for the painting process

Purpose:

  • Removing rust and dust from the metal surface

  • Enhancing the adhesion of paint on the cubicle body

II - Panel Body Painting

After sanding is complete, the cubicle body is painted using either the powder coating method or liquid paint.

  • Powder Coating: Powder paint is sprayed onto the body using an electrostatic device, then heated in an oven to create a strong and durable coating.

  • The process is carried out in multiple layers to ensure resistance to corrosion, high temperatures, and extreme environments.

Purpose:

  • Providing protection against rust, moisture, and chemicals

  • Delivering an aesthetic finish in the desired color (usually standard colors like gray, white, or blue).

III - Body Assembling

The assembly process begins with the installation of internal components, such as:

  • Busbar: The main conductor for electrical distribution

  • Circuit Breaker (CB): For protection against overcurrent and short circuits

  • Protection Relay: To detect and interrupt current flow in case of faults

  • Control Panel: For operating and monitoring the system

  • Cables and insulation to ensure all connections are safe and meet the design specifications

  • The components are assembled using high engineering standards to ensure safety and functionality

Purpose:

  • Arranging all components according to the technical design and customer specifications

IV - Testing

After the assembly process is complete, the cubicle undergoes testing to ensure quality and performance. The testing includes:

  • High Voltage Test (Hi-Pot Test): Testing insulation against high voltage to ensure no electrical leakage.

  • Continuity Test: Ensuring the connections between components function properly.

  • Functional Test: Testing the functionality of each component, such as circuit breakers, protection relays, and indicators.

  • Safety Test: Ensuring the system is safe to operate under real-world conditions.

Purpose:

  • Ensuring the cubicle meets international standards (IEC, ANSI) and the requested technical specifications.

V - Finish Product

After passing all testing stages, the cubicle is ready to be delivered to the customer. The final product features:

  • A body with a corrosion-resistant and aesthetically pleasing paint finish

  • High-quality components that meet technical specifications

  • Readiness for installation on-site for medium voltage power distribution applications

Purpose:

  • Providing products that are safe, durable, and reliable for various industrial, commercial, and infrastructure electrical needs
